1.1 Standard Order Cancellation:
Customers can choose to cancel an order at any time before it's dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can't be canceled. However, you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep.
1.2 Order Cancellation by MecFashion:
MecFashion reserves the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability.
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Violation of our Terms of Use.
Logistical constraints or inability to deliver to your location.
In all instances where MecFashion cancels an order, you won't be charged for the canceled items. Any payments you've already made for the canceled portion of the order will be promptly refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You can track the status of your refund in your MecFashion account's "Order Details" section.
Returns are a scheme provided by MecFashion, offering the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund under specific conditions. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
If you'd like item(s) to be picked up from a different address than the original delivery address, the pick-up address can only be changed if our pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by MecFashion and successfully inspected for the above conditions.
Part 3 - General Rules for a Successful Return
In certain cases where MecFashion is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever (e.g., stock unavailability for the specific product size/design), a refund will be given.
In cases where a product accessory (e.g., a special tag or packaging) is found missing/damaged/defective, MecFashion may, at its discretion, either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue a credit/e-Gift Voucher for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory.
Open Box Deliveries: During open box deliveries, if you receive a different or a damaged product, you'll be given an immediate refund (on-the-spot refunds for Cash-on-Delivery orders). Once you've accepted an open box delivery after inspection, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, the category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
MecFashion holds the right to restrict the number of returns created per order unit, post the evaluation of the product/order defect is undertaken by MecFashion’s authorized representative.
MecFashion reserves the right to waive off, modify, or update any part of this Order Cancellation and Return Policy from time to time. Such changes will be communicated to you periodically through the Platform's push notifications or other communication methods.
