1. What is the estimated delivery time?

At MecFashion, we aim to get your men's wear to you as quickly as possible.

  • Generally, we process and ship orders within 7-10 business days from the date of order placement.

  • The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the following factors:

    • Product Availability: Whether the item is in stock.

    • Your Shipping Destination: The address you want your order delivered to.

    • Delivery Partner Timelines: The time our trusted delivery partners take to deliver to your specific location.

Please Note: Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. If there's a holiday between your order date and the estimated delivery date, we'll add an extra day to account for it.

To get the most accurate delivery estimate for a specific product, please enter your Pincode on the product page. This will help us provide you with a more precise delivery timeframe based on your location.

2. Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

Delivery times are primarily influenced by:

  • Product availability: Whether the item is readily available in our stock.

  • Your shipping destination: Different locations have varying delivery transit times.

  • Our delivery partner's service network: The efficiency and reach of our courier services in your area.

By entering your Pincode on the product page, you'll see the most accurate delivery times for your specific location.

3. Does MecFashion deliver to my area? Why might you not ship to my location?

We strive to deliver to as many locations as possible across India. To check if we deliver to your specific address, please enter your Pincode on the product page.

If you haven't provided your Pincode until the checkout stage, the Pincode in your shipping address will be used to verify serviceability.

Delivery to your location depends on:

  • Our serviceability: Whether our delivery partners have a reliable service network in your area.

  • Legal restrictions: Although rare for apparel, certain local regulations might apply.

While we try our best, sometimes we may not be able to ship to certain remote or unserviceable locations. This is at our discretion and depends on the feasibility of reliable delivery.

4. Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not offered in my location?

The availability of the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option depends on our delivery partner's ability to accept cash payments at your specific location.

Additionally, our delivery partners may have limits on the maximum cash amount payable on delivery. If your order value exceeds this limit, CoD may not be available for your order.

5. I need to return an item. How do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy with MecFashion!

  • Initiate a Return: Please contact our Customer Support team at support@mecfashion.com or call us at +91 9559276129 to initiate a return.

  • Process Explanation: Once you initiate a return, you will receive clear instructions explaining the return process, including details on packaging and pick-up.

  • Pick-up Arrangement: Wherever possible, our designated logistics partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item from your provided address.

  • Self-Ship Option: In case pick-up cannot be arranged through our partner, we will guide you on how to return the item through a third-party delivery service. Return shipping fees for eligible returns will be borne by MecFashion.

6. I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email. What should I do?

In the rare event that your product was not delivered, but you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS from us, please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of the delivery confirmation. This allows us to investigate the matter promptly with our delivery partners.

7. What do the different product availability tags mean?

  • 'In Stock': The item is readily available in our warehouse. We will mention the delivery time based on your location Pincode (usually 3-7 business days for standard delivery).

  • 'Available': The item might not be immediately in our ready stock but can be procured when an order is placed. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time plus the estimated shipping time to your location.

  • 'Pre-order' or 'Forthcoming': These items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked. The item will be shipped to you around its official release date and will reach you within the estimated timeframe mentioned on the product page (typically 5-10 business days post-release). The specific release time and date will be mentioned.

  • 'Out of Stock': Currently, the item is not available for sale. You can use the 'Notify Me' feature (if available) to receive an alert once it's back in stock.

  • 'Back In Stock Soon': This item is popular and currently sold out. You can still place an order for the product, and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned on the product page (often an extended delivery time).

  • 'Temporarily Unavailable': The product is currently out of stock and not available for purchase. It might be back in stock soon. You can use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available.

  • 'Permanently Discontinued': This product is no longer available because it is obsolete or its production has been stopped.

8. Does MecFashion deliver internationally?

As of now, MecFashion delivers items only within India.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other accepted international cards, but please ensure the delivery address is within India.
